Film Screening: For Peace

For those who are up and about on Sunday morning, but not in the mood for walking tours or a gym class, we bring you a film screening of For Peace: on the imperialist war in Ukraine.

Prolekult is a Marxist film, writing, and culture platform based in England. The purpose of the project is to provide high-quality film content looking at world politics, culture and economics from a Marxist perspective.

In For Peace, they look at the material roots of the war in Ukraine in imperialist competition, the political and economic character of the Russian Federation, the rise of fascist forces in Ukraine, the continued escalation of the global capitalist crisis, and the potential for war to spiral into global conflagration.
