People Just Do Something – live with the Cuba Solidarity Campaign

PRSC

Tuesday, 26th May 18:00 – 20:00

We're excited to be cohosting another live episode of the Bristol Cable's podcast People Just Do Something!

For the May live show we’ll be joined by Rob Miller, director of the Cuba Solidarity Campaign, a UK-based organisation working to challenge the ongoing US blockade of Cuba and to support the Cuban people’s right to self-determination.

Together, we’ll explore questions at the intersection of international solidarity and grassroots politics:

- What does meaningful international solidarity look like today?

- How does the blockade impact everyday life in Cuba and why does it persist?

- What inspiration can we take from the Cuban Revolution?

- What role can activists, trade unions, and political movements in the UK play in global struggles?

Expect thoughtful conversation, political insight, and the chance to put your own questions to the guest.

Doors open at 6:30pm, show starts at 7pm sharp
