Hyperpolitics
Tuesday, 30th June 17:30 – 19:00
Join us for a discussion of Anton Jäger's Hyperpolitics, and what it means for socialist organising today.
"What happens when politics is everywhere, yet nothing seems to change? Hyperpolitics makes sense of a world in which collective action remains fragmented and the social fabric thinner than ever. For anyone trying to grasp why our age feels so charged yet so inconsequential, this book offers a vital map through the new contradictions of our hyperpolitical moment."
We encourage you to read chapter 4 of Hyperpolitics before the event, if you have the time. We'll send a PDF copy to everyone who books a ticket!
What to expect
After a brief introduction, we will discuss the book as a group.
Most of our events have somewhere between 10-30 attendees.
We aim for every event to be accessible to everyone, regardless of any prior knowledge! We encourage everyone to give the book a go, but you're still very welcome to join us if you haven't finished it.
