A trade union is essential for improving your working life - but it can be difficult knowing where to begin. Starting from a few coworkers, how can you find ways to put pressure on your employers and force them to make the changes you need?

In this workshop - delivered by and for current and new trade union organisers - we'll discuss a range of trade union tactics and the different situations they're suitable for.

An introductory talk followed by an interactive workshop, discussing trade union strategies.

Most of our events have somewhere between 10-30 attendees.
